How I can help
I help my clients to build on their strengths and be at their best. I have a particular track record in supporting people to:
Rise to new challenges, especially career transitions and organisational change
Hone their leadership style and build their followership
Build profile, presence, confidence or resilience, and overcome impostor syndrome
Inspire people in times of change and uncertainty
Strengthen relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
Develop work-life integration, career path, motivation or legacy
Succeed as a woman, whatever the working environment
Who can benefit
My clients include leaders – partners, CEOs, executives, senior managers - and also emerging talents who are building their careers.
They work in some of the world’s foremost organisations, including elite consulting, data analytics, finance, private equity and law firms; Fortune 500 or equivalent corporations in sectors such as retail and travel; and the public sector. They are based across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America.
I’m also a volunteer coach and coach supervisor with the Humanitarian Coaching Network, and I coached UK NHS leaders pro bono in the Covid-19 crisis.

What my coaching clients say
What it’s like to work with me
I work deeply as a coach – you can expect a strong working relationship, a balance of warm support and precise challenge, plus insights from a range of relevant disciplines.
At the heart of my coaching is a relationship in which we’re open and honest with each other. This is important so that you feel safe to explore situations, behaviours, mindsets and feelings deeply, and get to what really needs to shift for lasting change to happen.
More about working with me
People I’ve worked with say that they appreciate:
- The quality of my listening and presence
- My warmth and energy
- The calm space I create for stepping back from the everyday and reflecting in depth
- Precise observations and incisive questions that help them get to the heart of the matter.
I bring structure, support and challenge and, with the benefit of more than 3,000 coaching hours behind me, can draw upon a range of coaching tools as needed.
So, for example, at different times we may use positive psychology to bring your personal strengths to bear, or metaphor to deepen understanding of a situation, or leadership embodiment to build conviction in a course of action. We work to your agenda, and what’s important is that you achieve your goals.
